Outside Sales

• Install, maintain and repair our TA Triumph-Adler products and other systems on-site at customer locations in accordance with manufacturer specifications
• Record service-related data in the Service Management System and qualify warranty and guarantee cases
• Serve as the product contact in close cooperation with the sales team
• Promote technical services
• Act as a competent point of contact for customers through training and continuing education
• Receive support from in-house product specialists
