About the role
- Independently manage the entire recruiting process for positions within our IT areas (e.g., Cloud, SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data)
- Advise hiring managers on selection procedures, suitable profiles and market trends
- Creative direct approach and active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn & XING
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool — regionally and internationally
- Conduct interviews and support candidates through the decision process up to salary negotiations
- Continuously optimize the candidate experience throughout the entire application process
- Contribute to employer branding projects, social media recruiting and recruiting events
- Report relevant recruiting metrics and derive actions to improve processes
Requirements
- Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in the IT or digital sector
- Enthusiasm for modern sourcing methods and the use of digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, AI tools, social media)
- Confident handling of applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Technical understanding and interest in topics such as SAP, Cloud or Digital Manufacturing
- Professional presence, empathy and enjoyment of networking
- Strong communication and advisory skills — in German and English
- Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and team spirit
