About the role

  • Independently manage the entire recruiting process for positions within our IT areas (e.g., Cloud, SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data)
  • Advise hiring managers on selection procedures, suitable profiles and market trends
  • Creative direct approach and active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn & XING
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool — regionally and internationally
  • Conduct interviews and support candidates through the decision process up to salary negotiations
  • Continuously optimize the candidate experience throughout the entire application process
  • Contribute to employer branding projects, social media recruiting and recruiting events
  • Report relevant recruiting metrics and derive actions to improve processes

Requirements

  • Several years of recruiting experience, ideally in the IT or digital sector
  • Enthusiasm for modern sourcing methods and the use of digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, AI tools, social media)
  • Confident handling of applicant tracking systems and MS Office
  • Technical understanding and interest in topics such as SAP, Cloud or Digital Manufacturing
  • Professional presence, empathy and enjoyment of networking
  • Strong communication and advisory skills — in German and English
  • Hands-on mentality, self-initiative and team spirit
