About the role

  • Independently manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for roles within our IT domains (e.g., Cloud, SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data)
  • Advise hiring managers on selection processes, candidate profiles, and current market trends
  • Conduct direct outreach and active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and XING
  • Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool – both regionally and internationally
  • Lead interviews and guide candidates through the decision-making process, including salary negotiations
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, social media recruiting, and talent events
  • Prepare recruitment reports and derive measures to improve processes and KPIs

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally within IT or digital industries
  • Passion for modern sourcing methods and the use of digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, AI tools, social media)
  • Confident in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office
  • Strong interest in technology topics such as SAP, Cloud, or Digital Manufacturing
  • Professional presence, empathy, and enjoyment in connecting with people
  • Exceptional communication and consulting skills – fluent in German and English
  • Hands-on mindset, initiative, and strong team spirit
