About the role
- Independently manage the entire recruiting lifecycle for roles within our IT domains (e.g., Cloud, SAP, Security, Infrastructure, Data)
- Advise hiring managers on selection processes, candidate profiles, and current market trends
- Conduct direct outreach and active sourcing on platforms such as LinkedIn and XING
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool – both regionally and internationally
- Lead interviews and guide candidates through the decision-making process, including salary negotiations
- Continuously improve the candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment process
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, social media recruiting, and talent events
- Prepare recruitment reports and derive measures to improve processes and KPIs
Requirements
- Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally within IT or digital industries
- Passion for modern sourcing methods and the use of digital tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, SuccessFactors, AI tools, social media)
- Confident in using applicant tracking systems and MS Office
- Strong interest in technology topics such as SAP, Cloud, or Digital Manufacturing
- Professional presence, empathy, and enjoyment in connecting with people
- Exceptional communication and consulting skills – fluent in German and English
- Hands-on mindset, initiative, and strong team spirit
