About the role
- Design and run full-funnel campaigns across LinkedIn, email, webinars, and events
- Create stories, case studies, and short-form content that make clinicians stop scrolling
- Improve our website and conversion paths through testing, analytics, and SEO
- Build dashboards across Zoho CRM and analytics tools to track MQL → SQL → Pipeline
- Support sales and product with launches, tenders, and narrative design
- Co-market with partners and turn collaborations into growth
Requirements
- 3–5 years in B2B SaaS/healthtech digital marketing (hands-on + strategic)
- Strength in demand gen, content, SEO/CRO, and marketing ops
- Tools: Tag Manager (or equivalent), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, email automation; Zoho CRM a plus
- World-class writing: turn complex clinical/technical info into crisp, persuasive copy
- Data-driven: comfortable with funnels, attribution, dashboards, and experimentation
- Language: fluent English (Dutch or French a plus)
- Bias for action, high ownership, startup pragmatism
