About the role
- Support the migration from SharePoint 2016 On-Premises to SharePoint Online (SPO)
- Lead and support migration activities using ShareGate migration tools
- Configure and optimize ShareGate for migrations
- Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of migration tasks
- Troubleshoot and resolve migration-related issues
Requirements
- 5+ years of work experience
- Advanced experience in planning, designing, and managing migrations from SharePoint On-Premises to SharePoint Online using ShareGate
- Development experience with SharePoint Online
- Proven ability to configure and optimize ShareGate for large-scale migrations
- Experience developing ShareGate PowerShell scripts for site migration, metadata transformation, permissions handling, and post-migration tasks
