About the role
- Lead the integrated operations of Supplier Quality and Sourcing Lean for the ‘Buy’ value stream
- Drive operational execution through a supplier commodity-based structure to deliver performance aligned with GE Vernova’s priorities for Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC)
- Collaborate with Business Line and Lifecycle COE/Function Business Operations Leaders, as well as the Business Operations COE, to drive end-to-end operational excellence across the entire workstream
- Ensure Lean deployment across Supplier Quality using tools such as VSM, 5S, standard work, connected flow and visual management
- Build a high-performing, resilient organization through people development, cross-functional collaboration, and a focus on Lean, Quality, Supplier Quality and EHS excellence
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in a relevant field, or the equivalent knowledge/experience
- Significant experience in Quality, Lean, EHS and Supply Chain
- Operational experience in sourcing or supplier quality
- Expertise in lean problem-solving tools including A3 and 8D
- Demonstrated experience leading transformation in a dynamic environment
- English fluency
