• Act as Talent Acquisition advisor for hiring team and manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates.
• Collaborate with HR business partners and people leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct market and peer organization research to identify and engage with potential candidates, ensuring a positive experience for both internal and external applicants.
• Utilize innovative recruitment tools and channels to identify and engage top talent.
• Build and maintain inclusive talent pipelines that support diversity hiring objectives.
• Communicate proactively with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely updates and an excellent candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives in partnership with the Talent Attraction team.
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws, regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with People Leaders and Total Rewards to develop competitive and equitable offer packages aligned with internal compensation frameworks and market benchmarks.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of the organization, including career development, culture, and total rewards.
• Lead regular cadences, reporting, data or trend analysis for stakeholders to understand progress, challenges and solutions.
• Support onboarding activities by liaising with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a smooth transition for new hires.
