About the role

  • Leverage expertise in Sales and Account Management to develop strategic plans for growing Key Accounts
  • Manage all senior relationships for identifying and supporting sales opportunities in North America (Canada & US)
  • Responsible for leading the Grid Automation account strategy in all aspects of growth and profitability
  • Establish trusted advisor relationships with key decision makers at strategic accounts
  • Develop Account Plans and execute commercial strategy for sales of Grid Automation product lines
  • Collaborate with other GE Vernova account managers for joint selling opportunities
  • Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins, and sales for customers
  • Drive identification, prospecting, creation and closure of sales opportunities
  • Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing, and competition to product line marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Stem
  • Minimum of 10 years of direct sales, account, or team leadership experience
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical / utility industry sales
  • Minimum of 5 years experience account management
  • Ability and willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time
