• Lead a team to deliver controls retrofit projects and aftermarket solutions at customer sites throughout the southeast region
• Manage field service activities from project delivery to warranty
• Directly interact with customers regarding outage and scheduling, response to business issues, and growth opportunities
• Ensure service personnel comply with corporate EHS, Quality, and Compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or related discipline from an accredited college or university
Minimum of 5 years of Field Service experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Control Systems, or a controls related business
Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred, others considered)
Willingness and ability to travel in assigned region
Must possess a valid driver's license and passport
Prior experience in management role
Strong customer focus, interpersonal, and computer skills
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic, geographically dispersed team environment
Experience coordinating with subcontractors
Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines
Ability to set and meet aggressive goals and targets
