- Specific responsibilities include the following: Design and configure subscription billing, invoicing, cash application, collections and related workflows within Fusion.
- Partner with Data Center Services in integrating Fusion with SalesForce, which drives invoicing, inclusive of new services, amendments, renewals, and decommissions.
- Partner with General Accounting to ensure ASC 606 and ASC 842 compliance and to support monthly/quarterly close processes tied to subscription revenue.
- Partner with Finance to develop dashboards for subscription KPIs (ARR, churn, renewal rates).
- Provide training and documentation for subscription management processes.
Requirements
- 5+ years billing/revenue management experience inclusive of cash application and collections experience.
- Oracle Subscription Management expertise.
- SalesForce CRM experience.
- Bachelors in Finance, Accounting, or IT.
- CPA preferred.
