  • Own BI/reporting strategy for Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM
  • Ensure delivery of dashboards, KPIs, and ad-hoc reports
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FAW
  • Partner with business teams on KPIs and metrics
  • Establish reporting standards, governance, and security frameworks
  • Provide user training on self-service reporting
  • Troubleshoot and optimize report performance and data quality
  • Partner with Data/Integration teams for consistency

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of BI/reporting experience in enterprise systems
  • Expertise with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, OAC, or FAW
  • Strong SQL and data modeling
  • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management
  • Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Analytics
  • BI/Analytics certifications preferred (Oracle Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, etc.)
