Market analysis and intelligence: monitor trends, competitors and opportunities that could influence Swile’s positioning and commercial strategy.
Revenue and performance management: track financial and operational KPIs, proposing action plans to drive results and profitability.
Product planning and monitoring: work on product strategy, performance and expansion, including the implementation and follow-up of new products.
Commercial pricing strategy and monitoring: design and oversee pricing policies that ensure competitiveness and sustainable margins.
Management of strategic projects for the Commercial Directorate: lead or support high-impact initiatives, ensuring efficient execution and alignment with business objectives.
Preparation of executive materials: produce presentations and strategic analyses for committees, leadership and internal stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
Previous experience in Business Performance, Commercial Planning, Revenue Management, Strategy, or PMO.
Proficiency with analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Power BI, Looker, or equivalents).
Experience in the benefits, fintech, or SaaS sectors is a plus.
Advanced English.
