About the role
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximize satisfaction and retention
- Support contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sell opportunities
- Process orders accurately and maintain up-to-date CRM records
- Provide customer training, troubleshooting, and program engagement strategies
- Represent the company at conferences and client visits
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities
- Secure and renew multi-year agreements with schools
- Conduct product training and strategic sales presentations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum of one year of experience in account management or customer service
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and data analysis tools
