About the role
- Advise customers on style, trends, fabrics, and fit.
- Follow up daily with production regarding clients' orders.
- Conduct fittings for clients.
- Establish a call-back/follow-up process with each client to assess their needs.
- Develop professional, long-term relationships with clients.
- Participate in completing daily tasks.
- Update work tools daily.
- Stay up to date with new standards and procedures.
- Maintain a professional work environment.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation and cleanliness on a daily basis.
- Participate in monthly visual merchandising rotations.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of customer service experience
- 2–3 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of men's fashion and made-to-measure garments is an asset
- Proficient with Google Suite tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good time management
- Good ability to prioritize tasks
- Bilingual (intermediate level) to serve our French- and English-speaking customers
