About the role
- Responsible for translating the needs of customers and business partners into functional requirements and technical specifications
- Define and document internal and external user interfaces, support systems, and data requirements
- Support prototyping and testing activities that will validate business requirements and solution definition to minimize risk
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure business objectives are translated into functional requirements
- Assist in quality assurance and defining testing strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Business Systems Analyst I - At least 2 years relevant experience
- Business Systems Analyst II - 3-4 years relevant experience
- Business Systems Analyst III - 5+ years relevant experience
- Knowledge of system requirements definition processes and standard methodologies for requirements analysis
- Ability to support prototyping activities that will validate business requirements and solution definition
- Ability to apply general organizational knowledge of the business and systems processes in problem analysis
- Works directly with team members from business sectors and other IT teams
- Travel is required! Less than <10%
