About the role
- Perform end-to-end charge testing for newly created clinical departments and clinics
- Lead visit type consolidation and mapping activities
- Build, maintain, and optimize all charge router and charge handler components
- Triage and resolve complex charge-related issues and tickets
- Review, analyze, and fulfill charge build requests from operational teams
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across billing workflows and configuration
- Collaborate cross-functionally with revenue cycle, IT, and operational leaders
Requirements
- Epic Resolute Professional Billing Administration Certification (required)
- Extensive professional experience with Epic Resolute Professional Billing
- Deep expertise in charge router and charge handler build (must-have)
- Proven ability to manage: Charge testing for new departments/clinics
- Visit type consolidation
- Charge issues, analysis, and troubleshooting
- Charge-related requests and optimization initiatives
- Strong understanding of Epic PB workflows, charging logic, and configuration best practices
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with operational and technical stakeholders.
