About the role
- Support analytics and performance measurement across healthcare client’s Community Based Care business area
- Leverage expertise in Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Models and SQL programming to design, develop, and deliver impactful reports, dashboards, and visualizations
- Collaborate closely with both business and IT teams to solve high-priority analytic challenges
- Prepare and present findings to key stakeholders
- Independently manage projects that ensure high-quality, accurate, and actionable data
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in healthcare analytics
- Epic Clarity/Caboodle Data Model Certification
- Minimum 3+ years of experience using BI tools (Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
- Proven SQL development and data modeling expertise
- Strong understanding of relational databases, data warehouses, and ETL concepts
- Demonstrated ability to manage analytics projects independently from design through delivery
- Preferred: Epic Caboodle Developer Certification
- Preferred: Experience with Epic Cogito Tools (Reporting Workbench, Radar, SlicerDicer)
- Preferred: Hands-on experience developing with Qlik Sense
- Preferred: Experience supporting healthcare or community-based care analytic initiatives
