• Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise BI solutions leveraging Epic Clarity and Caboodle Data Models.
• Design and manage data visualizations, dashboards, and analytic workflows to support compliance and performance initiatives.
• Analyze and present comprehensive reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and other senior stakeholders.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and data outliers to uncover opportunities for operational improvement.
• Prepare and execute system and program specifications using structured methodologies.
