About the role
- Identify sales leads and present in-home presentations on solar products and services
- Make genuine human connections with potential customers
- Conduct in-home sales presentations and evaluate customers’ knowledge and needs
- Manage the pipeline of activity from prospect to install
- Accurately report on outcomes via our CRM tool
- Meet minimum required sales targets as set by sales leadership
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of sales and/or lead generation experience, with in-home sales experience preferred
- Must be 21 years of age, possess a valid driver’s license, and maintain a clean driving record
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills needed to partner cross-functionally
- Willingness to spend time traveling within local market
- Intermediate comfort level with technology, utilizing an IPAD/computer and multiple software applications
