About the role
- Oversee EMEA recruitment operations and ensure alignment with global TA strategy.
- Implement and maintain standardized processes, tools, and efficiency metrics.
- Serve as the primary contact for regional operational issues.
- Identify workflow gaps and opportunities for process, technology, and experience improvements.
- Drive automation and digital solutions to streamline recruitment operations.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, GDPR, and internal policies.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation and reporting standards.
- Monitor KPIs such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire.
- Provide insights and dashboards to regional and global leadership.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on hiring forecasts and resource planning.
- Support recruiters with operational guidance and troubleshooting.
- Manage vendor and technology provider relationships.
- Ensure optimal and consistent use of the ATS and recruitment tools across the region.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment operations or talent acquisition within the EMEA region.
- Strong understanding of regional employment laws and GDPR compliance.
- Proficiency in ATS platforms and recruitment analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) and other languages skills are valuable (e.g., Spanish, German)
- Experience in global or multi-country recruitment operations.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
- Familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
