About the role
- Design and develop custom solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and SharePoint Online
- Build reusable components and ensure adherence to DRY principles, entity modeling, and SDLC best practices
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate ESG requirements into technical solutions
- Integrate with external systems and data sources, including Azure services and SQL databases
- Support data governance, quality assurance, and interoperability with Tokyo Head Office systems
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to Agile ceremonies and sprint planning
- Ensure regulatory readiness and compliance through robust system design
Requirements
- 10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years with Microsoft Power Platform
- Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals: entity management, data modeling, design patterns
- Experience with C#, Azure, and SharePoint Online
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and SDLC processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines
- Microsoft Power Platform certifications (Developer, Functional Consultant, Solution Architect) preferred
- Experience in ESG, compliance, or financial services domains preferred
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.
