About the role
- Own the strategy and roadmap for SubBase’s Core Product
- Lead development of scalable, user-friendly solutions
- Partner with customers and internal teams to understand the construction procurement lifecycle
- Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features
- Participate in customer planning, onboarding, and implementation calls
Requirements
- 5–7 years of product management experience
- Exceptional customer empathy
- Passion for excellent UI/UX
- Data driven decision maker
- Familiarity with tools like Heap, Sigma, or Mode
- Experience in operationally complex industries (e.g. construction, logistics, manufacturing, field services)
- Comfortable working with enterprise and SMB customers
- Willing to travel 5–10 days per quarter for customer visits and internal team planning
