About the role
- Serve as a resource for the commercial operations of specific Stryker US selling divisions.
- Work with sales personnel on a broad range of commercial sales matters including sales agreements.
- Independently draft and edit contracts.
- Proactively handle various transactional matters related to Stryker’s U.S. commercial sales contracting.
- Act as a legal business partner to operations and commercial personnel within selling divisions.
- Support distribution agreements and outcomes-based arrangements.
- Provide legal advice related to multiple issues and make decisions on legal matters with a financial impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Law Degree and admission to practice law in the U.S. required.
- 10+ years of professional work experience required
- 3+ years applicable experience required
- 2+ fraud and abuse, anti-kickback experience is highly desirable
- Direct work with Sales & Marketing professionals is beneficial
