• Own the full scope of People Ops for our US organization, ensuring compliance, engagement, and alignment with global practices.
• Ensure compliance with US labor laws, leave regulations, and employment documentation.
• Oversee contracts, onboarding, and offboarding for US-based employees.
• Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and open enrollment in partnership with Finance.
• Lead and support the US Office Manager.
• Anticipate risks and proactively design programs and policies that protect both the business and employee experience.
• Provide strategic counsel to managers and leadership on employee relations, performance, and organizational design.
• Act as the senior point of contact for complex ER cases, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring outcomes are fair, compliant, and aligned with Stream’s culture.
• Drive initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, inclusion, and retention across US teams.
• Partner with managers on performance management, coaching, and leadership development.
• Oversee US onboarding and offboarding experiences, raising the bar for seamless and impactful transitions.
• Develop frameworks for compensation, benefits, and career development
• Use data and insights (turnover, engagement, pay equity, ER cases) to identify trends, mitigate risks, and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
