About the role
- - Meet and exceed sales targets for Stratpharma's portfolio of products.
- - Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, independent pharmacies, pharmacy chains, local key accounts and wholesalers.
- - Promote and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and features of Stratpharma's products.
- - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and handle any customer inquiries or issues.
- - Regularly update CRM system with relevant customer and sales information.
- - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities.
- - Independently plan territory routing to consistently achieve the best possible coverage to all HCP.
- - Submit all administrative reports, expense reports and business plans accurately and in a timely manner.
- - Prioritize daily tactics based on greatest business impact.
- - Demonstrate customer-centric approach to business planning, use of medical promotion skills and sales process.
- - Uncover the customer’s needs and provide the appropriate information, resources and message to deliver maximum value.
- - Develop and build long-term strategic business relationships with core customers.
Requirements
- - Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- - Proven experience in sales & medical promotion, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.
- - Previous experience in medical promotion to: plastic surgery, dermatology, gynecology, radiotherapy – is a plus.
- - Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- - Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- - Goal-oriented and driven to achieve sales targets.
- - Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- - Fluency in English.
- - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- - Authorization to work in the country.
