Requirements

Experience advising customers and implementing software
Ability to quickly understand customer requirements and perform technical knowledge transfer
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems (from Windows 7 / Windows Server 2012 onwards)
Experience with Windows Server administration (e.g., Event Viewer and Microsoft Active Directory)
Knowledge of common ticketing systems is desirable (e.g., Jira)
Experience in 1st and 2nd level support
Self-directed and results-oriented working style
Strong communication skills, team player, creative and able to work under pressure
Very good German language skills
