About the role
- Support the development and execution of the Workforce Edge portfolio strategy
- Evaluate and enhance WFE’s portfolio of education and talent solutions
- Stay ahead of workforce development trends and education innovation
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations for go-to-market strategies
- Represent Workforce Edge in client discussions and industry forums
- Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships to expand WFE’s ecosystem
- Build and lead a high-performing portfolio strategy team
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in product, portfolio, or solution strategy
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of workforce trends across various industries
- Proven capability to lead and develop high-performing teams
- Experience collaborating with enterprise clients and industry partners
