About the role
- Assist in the development and posting of job descriptions
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and the hiring team
- Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates via email and social media
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires
- Gain practical experience and insights into the recruitment process at Stockbit
Requirements
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or Economic
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition
- Having interest in investment or capital markets is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
