- Define and drive the Outfitting product strategy
- Lead profile evolution & experience integration
- Shape the evolved algorithms product strategy

Requirements
- 5-8 years of product management experience
- Strong focus on data science, machine learning, and recommendation systems
- Deep understanding of data analytics
- Experience collaborating with Data Science and Engineering teams on ML/AI-powered systems or recommendation platforms
- Excellent communicator
- Proven ability to translate complex algorithmic or ML concepts into simple client-centric product narratives
- Strategic thinker
- Skills in prioritization and stakeholder management
- Bonus points for experience in eCommerce recommendation systems and Generative AI
