About the role
- Provide proper technical solutions to your assigned clients
- Find accomplishment by helping clients achieve their business success
- Create trusted relationships with clients by meeting with them regularly
- Follow-up with clients to ensure projects and services are meeting expectations
- Assist with issues between clients and technicians
- Prepare quotes for client hardware and software needs
- Explain product solutions to clients
- Maintain customer relationships through renewal of service contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years account management experience required
- Any computer, technical schooling, or certificates are a plus
- Ability to organize your schedule
- Keep excellent notes and documentation of client interactions
- Understand business computer environments
- Friendly interpersonal communication skills
- Mid-level technical knowledge about PCs, servers, networks, VoIP, and Internet services
- Experience with CRMs
- Ability to make clients feel important and that you care about their business
- Ability to communicate technical details with non-technical people
