About the role
- Develop and iterate on an advanced Learning Management System focused on UX, adaptive learning, engagement, gamification, and motivation
- Build generative AI features for career services (resume generation, interview training) to help graduates find jobs and match clinical partners
- Design and maintain platforms for instructors, TAs, coaches, and operators to optimize student success using generative AI
- Build content management systems to generate and maintain educational content at scale and accelerate curriculum creation
- Build and maintain data pipelines to make data reliable and accessible for business, learning, and operations teams
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
- Proficiency with at least one of React, TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL
- Relentlessly obsess over solving complex problems with cutting-edge technology and willingness to learn daily
- Comfortable operating full-stack and taking ownership of the whole development lifecycle
- Excitement for joining an early-stage company and building new products
- Strong drive to make an impact in people's lives
- Have built something meaningful before
- Bonus: experience in a direct-to-consumer startup, especially EdTech/Healthcare
