About the role
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, supporting leaders in people management and organizational culture.
- Strengthen employee engagement, workplace climate, and company values.

Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner.
- Analytical skills and strategic vision.
- Resilience and adaptability to change.
- Knowledge of People Analytics and 9-Box.
- Experience in engagement, retention and people development.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English.
