About the role
- Oversee the technical support team responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimising Data Loss Prevention systems
- Ensure timely resolution of support tickets and adherence to SLAs
- Tune and upgrade system components, following internal testing and change management processes
- Work with key stakeholders and vendors to implement new DLP capabilities
- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement preventive measures
- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues related to DLP platforms
- Partner within Cyber Fusion Centre teams to ensure DLP platforms meet operational needs
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in IT support, cybersecurity, or a related field
- Deep understanding of DLP technologies
- Strong skills managing application deployments, configurations and updates running on Linux (RHEL)
- Understanding of current data protection, information security and cyber security practices
- Experience in financial services may be beneficial
- Security certifications may be beneficial (e.g., CompTIA CASP+, GSEC or similar)
