About the role
- Serve as Process Owner and Project Lead for Procedures and Training initiatives.
- Coordinate project activities and act as Editor supporting the procedures and training teams’ publications.
- Manage the process’ operational plan and reports.
- Provide independent and complex consultative functions, researching and recommending methods for implementing changes and improving processes.
Requirements
- Two years of experience leading teams and managing projects with deadlines.
- Two years of experience researching and analyzing information and making recommendations for process improvements.
- Two years of experience communicating with diverse audiences through a variety of methods.
- Three years of experience writing technical documents, procedures, or other instructional material in a work environment.
- Three years of experience proofreading, editing and providing quality assurance of other’s written material in a work environment.
- Two years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports.
