About the role
- Conducting formal administrative hearings pursuant to Sections 322.2615-16, and 322.64, Florida Statutes.
- Responding to inquiries from parties related to administrative hearings.
- Writing final orders with factual and legal analysis regarding driver licenses.
- Performing other duties as required.
Requirements
- An attorney with a minimum of two years of prior legal experience as an attorney.
- Experience conducting administrative hearings is strongly preferred.
- Excellent research and writing skills.
- Outgoing personality, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to explain complex legal issues in an understandable manner.
