About the role
- Serve as Process Owner and Project Lead for Procedures and Training initiatives
- Coordinate project activities
- Act as Editor supporting the procedures and training teams’ publications
- Manage the process’ operational plan and reports
- Provide independent and complex consultative functions
- Research and recommend methods of implementing changes and improving processes
Requirements
- Currently employed with the Florida Department of Revenue
- Two years of experience leading teams and managing projects with deadlines
- Two years of experience researching and analyzing information and making recommendations for process improvements
- Two years of experience communicating with diverse audiences through a variety of methods
- Three years of experience writing technical documents, procedures, or other instructional material in a work environment
- Three years of experience proofreading, editing and providing quality assurance of other’s written material in a work environment
- Two years of experience developing, maintaining, and analyzing reports
