About the role
- Manage, plan and direct the Food Service operation for Sunland Center.
- Supervise the daily work of employees that work in the Food Service Department on second shift.
- Manage, organize, plan, and supervise all aspects of food planning, purchasing, storage, preparation, and serving.
- Ensure compliance with all Florida Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) regulations standards on a daily and ongoing basis.
- Monitor compliance with health and fire regulations regarding food preparation and serving.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in Food Service preferred
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- At least 2 years of experience supervising employees
