About the role

  • Translate and adapt general and technical documents to the needs of the Quebec market (policies, reports, brochures, web content, internal memos, etc.)
  • Review documents translated or written by other team members or freelance translators
  • Conduct terminological research

Requirements

  • Excellent command of French, both spoken and written, and excellent understanding of English
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with translation tools (memoQ, Trados)
  • Ability to translate from French into English (an asset)
  • Strong organizational skills, rigor, and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting priorities and often tight deadlines
  • Strong commitment to quality
  • Autonomy and resourcefulness
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
