About the role
- Provide tier-2 support of application incidents reported through the help desk
- Provide analytical assistance to junior team members to resolve application incidents, maintenance items, and enhancement requests
- Coordinate application support with other IT teams
- Implement changes using documented procedures that comply with the department’s policies
- Mentor junior staff members to document workflows
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Systems, Electronics Technology, Computer Engineering, Health Information Management or a directly-related field
- 6 or more years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- Prefer experience with 2 major Epic upgrades or implementations
- Mid-level Microsoft Office skills
- Knowledge of Epic Software and other clinical software
