About the role
- Manages daily Compliance Program Management operational activities
- Assists in the development and maintenance of a robust compliance program for Stanford Health Care
- Overseeing and conducting compliance investigations and providing compliance-related guidance
- Organizing, facilitating, and managing the annual Compliance Risk Assessment and Workplan processes
- Developing and delivering Compliance Program Management training
- Producing and maintaining Compliance Program activity records, analytical reports and dashboards
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Healthcare or related field or combination of education/related experience required
- Minimum of three (3) to seven (7) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience required
- Knowledge and understanding of federal and state compliance program requirements
- Strong knowledge of applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies pertaining to health care compliance matters
- CHC - Certified Compliance Professional required within 1 Year
