About the role
- Oversees the day-to-day technical operations of the Radiation Therapy department
- Collaborates with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic business and marketing plans
- Manages the delivery of radiation therapy services across multiple sites
- Develops and maintains policies and procedures for area(s) of responsibility
- Monitors expenses for cost centers and analyzes referral, volumes, and patient satisfaction data.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related discipline/field from an accredited college or university
- Five (5) years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience
- ARRT-RTT - Reg Tech-Rad Therapy
- ARRT . CRT-T - CA Rad Tech-Therapeutic.
