About the role
- Serve as the central interface between district heating customers and internal departments
- Acquire new customers and maintain customer relationships
- Conclude contracts, maintain and update customer data, and handle customer complaints
- Perform profitability calculations and full-cost comparisons
- Prepare quotes for new connections and implement price adjustments
- Organize and monitor billing processes
- Develop sales and revenue plans together with Controlling (financial controlling)
Requirements
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training
- Ideally, professional experience in sales or other customer-facing areas
- Knowledge of the energy sector
- Solid expertise in handling commercial and technical matters
- Confident user of MS Office
- Experience with IT sales systems and knowledge of relevant regulations and laws in the energy industry
- High sense of responsibility
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Customer-focused with a constant awareness of customer needs
