About the role
- Strategic and operational responsibility for stackfuel.com
- Continuous development of the website and optimization of content and conversion paths
- Independently lead projects – e.g., Scrum, introduction of new features & products, and other marketing projects
- Keep content up to date and build new pages and landing pages based on existing modules
- Increase the website's visibility in search engines through targeted on-page and structural SEO measures
- Analyze website performance, plan and run A/B tests to improve conversion rates and the user experience
Requirements
- Degree in a field relevant to web & marketing – e.g., Marketing, Web Design, Media Informatics, Digital Business, or a comparable degree
- At least 2 years of professional experience in website management or a related role
- Solid knowledge of CMS systems (WordPress, Elementor)
- Familiar with SEO, web technologies (HTML/CSS), and web analytics tools (GA4)
- Experience with tracking and CRO tools (e.g., Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, Optimizely, VWO) is a plus
- Native-level German (at least C1) and business fluent English
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage cross-functional projects
- A keen eye for UX and conversion opportunities
- Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
