About the role
- Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees
- Responds to general questions from employees and managers related to policy interpretation
- Conducts exit interviews and tracks exit interview data
- Maintains EEO-1 data and provides reporting updates on annual basis
- Plans and actively participates in employee engagement and recognition events
- Completes employment verifications in accordance with Network policy
Requirements
- B.A./B.S. in Human Resources, Business or Psychology discipline preferred
- Human Resources certification preferred
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a broad range of Human Resource functions preferred
- Must have demonstrated skills in understanding and supporting the team concept, active listening, problem solving and maintaining confidentiality
- Past experience with an HRIS system preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
