About the role

  • Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees
  • Responds to general questions from employees and managers related to policy interpretation
  • Conducts exit interviews and tracks exit interview data
  • Maintains EEO-1 data and provides reporting updates on annual basis
  • Plans and actively participates in employee engagement and recognition events
  • Completes employment verifications in accordance with Network policy

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. in Human Resources, Business or Psychology discipline preferred
  • Human Resources certification preferred
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a broad range of Human Resource functions preferred
  • Must have demonstrated skills in understanding and supporting the team concept, active listening, problem solving and maintaining confidentiality
  • Past experience with an HRIS system preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
