About the role
- As a Regional Manager, you will be responsible for Össur’s commercial development in the Southeast quarter of France.
- Implement sales strategies for the Southeast region in line with overall company objectives.
- Work as part of a team to provide optimal support to all our customers and partners.
- Regularly analyze market data, then communicate insights and take appropriate action.
- Adopt a Key Account Manager (KAM) approach for certain high-potential customers and develop a tailored partnership strategy for these accounts.
- Organize, plan, and lead training seminars in accordance with company strategy.
- Use the appropriate customer relationship management tool – CRM Salesforce.
- Identify new opportunities and contacts to grow our business.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with a hands-on approach, ideally in the medical sector.
- Ability to work independently (you may come to our offices in Lyon, but you will frequently travel to meet customers).
- Experience with software such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, and Microsoft Office.
- Good command of English (spoken and written) – Minimum B2.
- Self-motivated, positive, enthusiastic, and flexible.
- Creative and able to devise innovative solutions.
- Analytical, persuasive, and excellent communication skills.
