• Analyze investigative materials, determine liability, assess settlement values, document and gather physical evidence
• Determine coverage, conduct factual investigations, interview witnesses, law enforcement, agency staff, and gather statements
• Research and apply tort/contract law; prepare claims for litigation
• Gather evidence; collaborate with AG’s Office during discovery and deposition prep
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses; engage appraisers, experts, consultants; obtain authority; negotiate settlements; prepare closing documents
• Other duties as assigned
