About the role
- At the heart of HR data projects, working closely with IT and Data teams
- Maintenance, development and optimization of HR analytics platforms
- Analysis of requirements and identification of HR reporting needs
- Definition of key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Writing functional specifications
- Participation in design workshops
- Development of solutions and transformation, modeling and structuring of HR data
- Designing reports and dashboards (Power BI, Excel)
- Contributing to platform monitoring (Azure)
- Proposing technical and functional optimizations
- Writing technical and functional documentation
Requirements
- Master's-level student (4th/5th year) in Computer Science, Engineering school, or equivalent, with a specialization in Business Intelligence or Information Systems
- Strong proficiency in SQL and BI concepts (modeling, ETL, reporting)
- Ability to understand business challenges and propose relevant solutions
- Analytical mindset, rigor, autonomy and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English
