Develop the strategy for - and create and optimize the execution of - self-service/online-only customer lifecycle programs, identifying key milestones, messages and experiences that drive onboarding, product adoption and retention.
Assist in building and operating Sprout’s customer communications strategy, programmatically launching relevant communications to target customers and continually iterating approaches to improve outcomes.
Oversee project planning for lifecycle programs, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and resourcing to ensure smooth execution across teams.
Lead with AI: Research, experiment, and implement new technology and approaches from the rapidly evolving AI toolset not only to accelerate the work of the Lifecycle team, but to transform the way the team works and what they deliver to the business
Analyze program performance and customer engagement, sharing insights with stakeholders, and making data-driven adjustments to optimize performance.
Build strong relationships and collaborate with key stakeholders, including teams in Product, Customer Experience, Customer Education, Marketing Operations, Brand Creative and Product Marketing.
Leverage a variety of channels—including email, webinars, in-product messaging, Sprout’s community, and more—to reach customers and achieve program goals.
Requirements
8+ years of relevant marketing experience, with 6+ years in Lifecycle Marketing, Customer Marketing, or Marketing Program Management roles
Experience in creating or supporting B2B customer lifecycle programs
Proven track record of developing and executing cross-functional customer marketing programs or projects from ideation through reporting outcomes and future iteration planning
Demonstrable expertise in standalone and evergreen email marketing campaigns
Relevant experience creating at-scale engagement marketing for self-service/online only customers
Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with competing priorities; ability to prioritize high-impact work and drive alignment across teams
Familiarity with social media marketing, social media marketers and the social media marketing tech landscape
Experience with data analysis, reporting, and marketing analytics
User-level familiarity with marketing technologies like Salesforce, Marketo, Pendo, and Gainsight
