Full-stack Engineer

• Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Customer Operations the Senior Go-to-Market (GTM) Engineer will play a critical role in designing and scaling the technical infrastructure that powers our Customer Success engine.
• Architect resilient, AI-powered systems that enhance customer outcomes, improve retention, and drive efficiency across the full customer lifecycle—from onboarding and adoption to engagement, renewal, and expansion.
• Oversee feature enablement, adoption, and optimization across the tech stack (e.g. Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, Snowflake) with a focus on improving customer outcomes.
• Proactively monitor the AI tech landscape to evaluate new vendors and identify opportunities to maximize the efficiency of our GTM technology ecosystem.
