About the role
- Guide the improvement of our key product user experience with mixed teams.
- Manage a team of product managers, mentor, guide, and scale the team's impact.
- Develop a comprehensive strategy and vision for the product, aligning with the overall business goals.
- Lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with the strategic vision and addressing customer needs.
- Prioritize features and make data-driven decisions based on market research, user feedback, and performance metrics.
- Communicate effectively with partners, including executives, cross-functional teams, and customers, to ensure alignment and consensus.
- Engage closely, and create processes for successful collaboration with cross-functional teams like sales, marketing, design, user-research, and insights.
Requirements
- Significant experience in building and shipping customer-facing software products together with teams of designers, engineers, and data scientists.
- 10+ years of experience in product management roles.
- Experience as a group product manager of a SaaS B2B product.
- Experience in scaling product portfolio, serving hundreds of customers.
- Passionate about developer experience and have a deep understanding of the developer journey and jobs to be done for developers or DevOps/Infra teams.
- Deep experience in making data-informed decisions (A/B experimentation, customer feedback, user testing, data analysis, competitors and market analysis, defining metrics).
- Excited about working in a fast-paced and innovative space, with a passion for making developers' tasks delightful and efficient.
- Compelling storyteller who can communicate succinctly and inspiringly to varied audience types.
- Apply systems thinking and analytical expertise to develop product strategies.
- Comfortable working with distributed teams across multiple offices and time zones.
- Background in platform engineering.
- Background and experience as a developer.
